Somatic coaching teaches you to trust your body and its wisdom. Just as in nature, humans are innately whole and able to come into balance. Coming into balance is a matter of removing obstacles and connecting the dots in one’s life. Growth is a spiral that unfolds naturally.
Learning to relax and calm the nervous system and mind is the basic foundation for listening to your inner knowing. My goal is to provide tools, educate and empower people in this process.
My approach incorporates somatic mediation and techniques that use alternating sound and sensation to take the linear mind off line. This allows the body to “think.” Our bodies store experiences that, if unprocessed, can result in repeated patterns and “stuckness.”
Accessing the wisdom of the body is the quickest path toward release and new perspective, rewiring the brain. More joy and aliveness are possible in a relatively short period of time!
